How To Peel and Cut Butternut Squash


  • Slice off ends. Peel squash.
  • Cut in half at neck. Slice neck into 1” rounds, then chop rounds into ½” slices and finally into ½” cubes.
  • Cut the body in half, top to bottom. Scoop out seeds. Lay flat and cut ½”-thick half-moons, and finally into ½” pieces. Voila!
